COMPLETED PROJECTS
ARTISTIC 3D TOOTHBRUSH FOR SIGNAGE
Requested by a local sign company this 10 foot long toothbrush was used on top of a local dental office sign. The process used here began with creating a 3D solid model file of a generic toothbrush using Solidworks. From there we were able to route a two piece mold using Mastercam and our CNC router. To create the part for outdoor use we used fiberglass and automotive paint. The finished part has the eye catching look the client was looking for.
ARTISTIC THREE QUARTER SCALE BISON
Requested by Union County, PA this three quarter scale bison was created for their "Bison-tennial" where they were painted by local artists with incredible talents. We hand sculpted the Bison from foam and other materials before creating a six piece fiberglass mold for the main body/head. Later adding the horns and tail, made using a RTV mold, to the fiberglass parts. We had some freedom to sculpt a "fun" looking Bison with a slightly cartoon like smile, the county did not want anything that looked to mean. Union County was very impressed with our styling and final look of our sculpt. let us know what you think by sending us a quick email.
