We produce patterns for a multitude of architectural components including conventional cornice profiles, columns, brackets, raking, pilasters to sign panels and entertainment industry projects. Working closely with FRP companies to ensure the finished product amazes the customer with quality and craftsmanship. Patterns are created in a timely and cost effective way with cutting edge design and construction methods.

CUSTOM CONCRETE

MOLDS

Our molds for pre-cast concrete are made with the highest standards. We often build molds for parts with complex geometries that the typical pre-cast concrete company is unable to handle. Our understanding of complex molding ensures the client of a final product everyone is sure to be proud of.

CNC

COMPOSITE

MOLDS & PATTERNS

Custom molds can be CNC machined in a variety of materials. When CNC machining molds tolerances of +/- .005 can be held quite easily, allowing for very accurate parts to made. Finishing can be done with epoxies or lacquers that allow the molds to have a longer lifetime.

FOUNDRY PATTERNS

We build your patterns by concentrating on the desired outcome, a functional casting that performs. Both durable and temporary patterns enable our network of foundries to produce castings for production runs or low-volume needs. Our experience enables swift yet durable repairs and/or revisions of existing foundry patterns, restoring functionality to those otherwise considered obsolete.

MOLDS

We provide patterns and molds in a wide range of materials including RTV, fiberglass and epoxy, and urethanes. Your parts demand the right choices in design and materials for a working mold or pattern.
